Can you please provide more information on how you're using the app? What is your audio output (speaker, wired headphones, bluetooth headphones, AppleTV, etc)?

Please provide as much detail as possible. You're also welcome to email me from the app (Settings -> Email Derek) as this will include your device information which would be helpful to debugging this issue for you.

This has happened to me but I can’t recreate it on the spot. My temporary fix has been to force close the app and restart it.

When does this happen to you? Please be as specific as possible.
