I have an annual subscription< but when I try to add a new bar its asking me to upgrade but won't let me do anything?

Hey Joe Christian! Can you please send me an email from the Beat Note app under Settings > Email Derek? This will include your device information so I can take a look at it.
Also let me know if anything has changed - for example, did you upgrade to a new device?
As Kevin Jimenez suggested (thanks Kevin!), restoring purchases can be helpful. You also want to ensure you're on the latest version of the app, which should automatically handle renewals, etc. It's difficult to say without knowing more information, so please send me an email. Thanks! Best, Derek
