Swing/shuffle options

Hi,
Just wondering what the options are for swing and shuffle. I tried going over some swung stuff with a student recently. We tried to use the app, but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
I think there was an option for triplets (which might have worked—but the beat was in 6/8, and I don’t think the triplets were available in anything other than 4/4 variations.
Am I incorrect, or missing something?
Also, I came across another dev who was trying to make an app for edrums. Finding a way to merge your app with theirs might be an interesting project.
Would you mind if I shared your app with them.
I think it’s called Huerta?
Thanks for the great app, and keep the features coming.

HI joseph shelley and thanks for your message!
For swing, the 4/4 subdivision supports 8th note and 16th note triplets. Traditional shuffles can be done in 6/8 or 12/8 as well as 4/4 with triplets. What kind of swing groove were you considering in 6/8?
Additionally, you might be interested in the following enhancement for greater swing control: https://roadmap.beat-note.app/feature-requests/p/swing-feel-id-like-the-ability-to-adjust-the-feel-of-a-beat-between-straight-and
If you'd like to see other subdivisions made available in dotted-quarter note pulse time, please let me know.
Regarding app collaborations and such I'm open to chatting to see what's possible.
Best,
Derek

Derek Lee, thanks so much for the responses.
I’m still not seeing the triplets in 6/8.
Though, I figured out how to solve my teaching issues by using 6/4.
I’m on an iPhone 15 pro max (running the latest OS). Could my usage platform (iPhone) have something to do with it?
I attached a screenshot to show you what i mean.
Thanks for responding so quickly and thoroughly!

Huh, guess it was because I was trying 6/8.
Is there an option for 16th note triplets in the cards, for an update?
Thanks again for all the great work!

joseph shelley 16th note triplets are available in any quarter-note time signatures:
