Ability to add triplet notation in dotted-quarter note time signatures (12/8, 9/8, 6/8)

This would be a nice feature for any time signature and/or subdivision. I recently was trying to transcribe a piece that had a section with 8th note triplets in 4/4 and unfortunately it was not possible to complete in Beat Note at present.

Andrew Klein thanks for flagging this. I can see how that would be frustrating if the subdivision control wasn’t obvious.
Beat Note absolutely does support 8th-note triplets in 4/4, along with:
• Quarter notes and 8th notes
• 8th-note triplets
• 16th notes
• Quintuplets
• 16th-note triplets/sextuplets
• Septuplets
• 32nd notes
To change the subdivision, tap the header at the top of the beat and select the one you need. This short video walks through it:
