Quick roadmap update: I’m tightening how I use statuses here.
Before, I marked many requests as Planned once the idea had traction with enough user interest and votes. Going forward, Planned means I expect to start building it in the next few months.
I’ve moved this back to Under Review so I don’t over‑promise. I am still on-board with getting this feature integrated into the app and looking for the appropriate timing to incorporate it.

Hello Francis Ricagno! Thanks so much for creating this feature request. This ability has also been on my personal "wish list" for Beat Note, and I'm excited that you are also interested in this feature!
In case your aim is different from mine, may I ask you to share how you would use this feature? Please share some detailed examples of how you would use this, and how it would help you. Thank you!

Thanks Ross! We've chatted about a lot of things, so this probably came up at some point lol!
Can you expand upon how you would use this feature? In teaching? Or your own practice? Maybe a practical example of how you "highlight the melody" with a rhythm or when working with a student?
Are you thinking actual volume adjustment (from 0 to 100%?) or a simple mute/solo?

Francis Ricagno This enhancement request has attracted more attention from other users recently.
I am still interested in hearing from you, or anyone else who's voted for this feature, how you intend to use it, or for what benefit you are looking to achieve.
Additionally.. what kind of adjustment is this? Is this a one-time adjustment where you are setting the volume for notes that are always played back in a certain way? Or is this a real-time volume adjustment? What kind of impact do you expect this to have on the music notation (dynamics?), etc? There's a lot to dig into here.
Thanks!
