Hello, I want to be able to click on a bar and choose how often I want it to be repeated, since right now I can only apply repitions universally or each bar thr same amount.

Hi Schluis 2020 and thanks for creating this enhancement request! 
I believe this is already covered by an existing enhancement. Can you please check the following enhancement and verify if this satisfies your request? 
When composing beats, add the ability to use "repeat bars/measures" using a "%" style repeat: https://roadmap.beat-note.app/feature-requests/p/repeat-barsmeasures
